How much for an extra topping or two?

This is the Double Roll Pizza, from Pizza Hut Japan. I don't know if this is some subtle laugh-at-American-fatties novelty there, or just something people like. Not speaking Japanese or getting a good explanation from the site I lifted this image from, here's what I think we have:
-Pigs in a blanket (and is that bacon underneath?) ringing half the pizza
-Some other rolled item (Cheese? Whale blubber? Both?) ringing the other half
-Pepperoni
-Corn
-Peas
-Miniature hamburger patties
-Peppers
-The Hope diamond
-A herd of grazing wildebeest
-Mushrooms
-Scads of cheap electronics
-Is that chopped peanuts on top of the pepperoni?
-Yuck

Oh you silly Japanese. Keep it up and and you'll be as fat as Americans in no time.

ETA: Life imitates joke. Sadly, life's pizza is more overburdened than even The Onion's.

Looks awesome to me! All they need to do now is deep fry it and put it in a commemorative tot bag filled with gucamelito sauce! TACO TOWN!!!

You were looking at Cracked's "I can't believe these pictures aren't Photoshopped" list today, weren't you?

The Pizza Hut website doesn't list this anymore (looks like it ended in 2007), but with every other pizza on there costing about $30, this six year old's dream pie probably went for about $40 for a large. Some more interesting facts:

-The cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheese puffs come with "honey maple syrup" dipping sauce, while the sausage and bacon pigs in a blanket come with "fruity ketchup" sauce

-Children "love the soft hamburger patties"

-There's no pepperoni (that's garlic chips on sliced tomatoes)

-Somewhere in there is bacon topped with bacon bits

-The Pizza Hut website has a PDF listing the country of origin of each ingredient

-It looks horrible

-This comes from the country where people can pay $50+ for a piece of bite-size sushi to savor the subtle hues of flavor that put wine tasters to shame

I like Mike's idea: Deep fry it!

Yeah, I did get this from Cracked. Thanks for the translation. That's awesome. It comes with maple syrup!
