I can't understand this clip. For one, I don't speak Japanese. But more importantly, I don't get the surreal anthropomorphism.
But, in any event, it appears to be a monkey working at a bar.

You don't really need to be able to speak Japanese to get the surrealism. They just said that when the owner of the bar first brought the monkey, it watched the workers' movements and started doing it itself. And that having a monkey working at a bar was awesome. Which I think was too obvious to even mention.
Isn't that the same way they described how Splinter became a ninja in the first Turtles movie?
