Ha! The game itself sucks and is really just a front end for a spamhaus. The game is part of a larger site called gamevance.com. Fortunately most of the games aren't so cheesily named. I did a little web-sluething to figure out why they co-opted by wonderful moniker, but couldn't find anything. The owner is a guy named John Vogel - not even a Vance! He also owns trafficvance.com.
If you want something similar, check out Stepmania (download a program) or FlashFlashRevolution (play online). Both are legit.
